Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how services, booking confirmations, electronic tickets, and related deliverables are provided by m8 hub, operated by ARYA LINK S.R.L.

This Policy applies to:
- Venue bookings;
- Meeting room reservations;
- Workshop and presentation space bookings;
- Company gatherings;
- Private events;
- Coworking bookings by request;
- Event packages;
- Hospitality or catering coordination services;
- Other services sold or booked through m8hub.ro, by email, by phone, by message, or in person.
Physical goods, if ever offered, may be subject to separate delivery or shipping terms shown on the relevant product page, checkout page, or invoice.
2. Service delivery
For venue and event services, delivery means providing access to the venue and/or performing the agreed service at the date, time, and location confirmed in the booking.

3. Booking confirmation and proof of delivery
After a booking is confirmed, the client will normally receive a confirmation by email.
The confirmation may include:
- Booking date and time;
- Venue address;
- Access instructions;
- Services included;
- Payment status;
- Booking reference;
- Event or package details;
- Contact information.
The booking confirmation, invoice, receipt, or written confirmation acts as proof of booking and service entitlement.
If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact:
contact@m8hub.ro4. Access and arrival
Clients and guests should arrive at the agreed time.
Early access, setup time, dismantling time, and overtime are not included unless confirmed in writing.
If the client or guests arrive late, the booking will still end at the scheduled time unless m8 hub agrees to extend it.
Extensions are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
5. Electronic tickets and confirmations
Where applicable, electronic tickets or booking confirmations will be sent by email.
You may be asked to show the confirmation on arrival, either printed or on a mobile device.
For company or private events, the main client or organizer is responsible for communicating relevant access information to participants and guests.
6. Catering, setup, and additional services
Where catering, hospitality, room setup, AV support, or event logistics are included, these services will be delivered according to the agreed booking confirmation or written offer.
Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Third-party services, such as catering or equipment rentals, may be subject to the supplier’s own delivery conditions.
7. Delivery changes and cancellations by m8 hub
If m8 hub cancels or reschedules a confirmed booking for reasons not caused by the client, the client will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service;
- A credit for future use; or
- A transfer to an alternative date, time, or service.
Where changes are caused by force majeure, safety issues, venue problems, legal restrictions, or other circumstances outside m8 hub’s reasonable control, m8 hub will try to offer a practical alternative where possible.
8. Client failure to attend
If the client or guests do not attend at the scheduled time, the service will be considered available and delivered unless the booking was cancelled or rescheduled according to the Return / Cancellation Policy.
Failure to attend does not automatically entitle the client to a refund, credit, or extension.
9. Physical goods, if offered
If m8 hub offers physical goods in the future, such as merchandise, printed materials, or event products, the available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or in the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated, domestic delivery will be completed within the legal delivery period applicable under Romanian consumer law.
If physical delivery is delayed, unavailable, or impossible, m8 hub will contact the customer to offer a new delivery date, replacement, refund, or other lawful remedy.
10. Problems with delivery
If you have any issue with a booking confirmation, electronic ticket, venue access, service delivery, or event logistics, contact us as soon as possible:
